I knew he was going to be cremated and I wanted to have something that would keep him close to my heart. I ordered the heart and have put in some of his remains. I was very happy with my order. The shipment was right on time. Although there was something on the inside of my pendant that resembled oil or dirt. But it was probably something the manufacturer did. Customer service was great. So over all I rate my experience a 5 out of 5.
