I ordered Sasha's urn after having very little time to prepare. I was very pleased with the site's ordering process and quick delivery. It actually arrived the same day Sasha's cremated remains returned from the vet. The only improvement I could suggest is to make a note on the site about the brass nameplate being shipped separately. As you can image during such a grief-stricken time not finding the nameplate in the box added a little more stress. However, a quick call to your customer service reassured me it was on its way.Thank you for providing a PERFECT final resting place for our beloved
