I knew he was going to be cremated and I wanted to have something that would keep him close to my heart. I ordered the heart and have put in some of his remains. We ordered the little blue booty urn for our son. It was exactly what I wanted. Very sweet. When I ordered I paid for overnight shipping. However, it didn't make it "overnight" but we did recieve it the day after which was ok. I'm sure part of this delay was due to the time I ordered it and also because we live in Hawaii. Customer service was excellent. Very helpful and called the shippers and gave me call backs just to let me know how shipping was going. Really appreciated that. I am very pleased with the over all quality, service and shipping I recieved. Thanks so much! 5 out of 5
