I knew he was going to be cremated and I wanted to have something that would keep him close to my heart. I ordered the heart and have put in some of his remains. I was very happy with the urn I purchased for my infant son. It was slightly different than the picture (the pads of the feet and ears were red instead of tan) but it still was exactly what I was looking for. The bear is a perfect resting place for my son.
Unfortunately, it took about a month after purchase for me to receive the urn; after contact with someone from customer service, I was reassured and the urn arrived a week later. I would definately recommend this website for cremation accessories. (Hopefully, I won't need to any time soon.)
