I rate my experience 5 stars. I am very pleased with the pet urns I ordered. They are just as the picture showed and are of the finest quality. The only improvement would be if the urn came in different sizes. The urn I wanted would only hold the cremains of a 15 pound or less pet. My pet was almost 20 pounds so I elected to order 2 urns and divide the cremains in the two urns and put a picture of our precious Tiger in the middle. The reason I wanted this particular urn was that there were three cats who looked a lot like our cat on the side of the urn which made it all the more beautiful to us.
