Our individual wood urns will typically arrive in three to five business days when being delivered in the continental United States.

We do encourage our customers to review all customs regulations and rules when it comes to the receipt of an international package. Everlasting Memories typically uses the USPS and UPS as their methods of delivery have a proven track record with being timely and reliable. USPS shows when your urn for ashes or cremation jewelry left the facility and when your purchase was delivered. There is no in between or transit times associated with USPS. UPS does show in transit items as well as where your item is at any point along the journey to your home or office. Everlasting Memories sends out tracking numbers in the form of an email to let our customers know what the status is on their funeral jewelry purchase and it gives you the option of tracking your selection when you want to.
