This Urn is designed for someone weighing 36 Pounds or less prior to Cremation	This Urn can be personalized with an engraved plate or easel.	Overnight and 2nd Day air shipping is available for this urn. Select your shipping option when you checkout.

Lost-wax casting is a process in which a bronze urn is cast from an actual mold created by an artist. Hot wax is poured into the mold and allowed to harden. Any imperfections are gently removed from the wax and then a coating of silica is added to the outside of the wax mold in layers. Eventually the mold is placed into a kiln where the wax runs out and you are left with a hard ceramic like shell. Metal is heated and then poured into the shell and once the metal cools completely, the shell is hammered away. The casting is then filed down and polished to perfection.
