First order wasn't confirmed

The first order I put through wasn't confirmed via an email or on screen. I waited a few minutes and put it through again and then received both an email and on screen. An email follow up was sent to ask for a cancellation confirmation of one of the orders. I haven't received my product yet, but I'm sure it'll be as advertised.
