I love the ring - very appropriate! |

I give customer service a 5 and the turaround time from order to delivery a 5. The product itself is an appropriate, sensitive way to remember a loved one. It's more special than visiting a grave site (which folks hardly ever do ). My only complaint is the screw that holds in the cremains. It's too soft and can be easily damaged when tightening.

i would rate stars a 5. When i purchased this ring i put that i lived in united kingdon when i live in united states, When i realized that i had did this my ring was already shipped. Another was sent and i recieved it 2 days later. I appreciate that you did that for me since it was my fault that i put wrong address. my son had just passed away sudddenly and i guess i wasnt in my right frame of mind. I guess you didnt have to do that but you did that for me. and I thank you.

Beautiful |

I was ecstatic to recieve my keepake and filled it right away. It is a beautiful piece, the only complaint I have was that the screw didn't screw in and level out with the ring. On the other hand....no one notices the screw. I love it!
