1. Choose your pendant

Select your chain and any optional engraving, then place your order. We begin making your pendant and send an ash collection kit with instructions.

2. Send your remembrance

Follow the kit instructions to send a small amount of ashes using the included prepaid return label. If you would like to include combined ashes, hair, fur or another remembrance, contact our team for guidance before sending it.

3. We fill and forever seal it

Our filling professional places your remembrance inside the pendant. Our jeweler welds the opening closed with a matching plug, creating a permanent seal with no threaded screw. We return your finished jewelry, Certificate of Authenticity and any unused ashes to you. You do not need to fill or seal the pendant yourself.

Your collection kit

We send an ash collection kit when your order is processed and begin making your pendant. The kit typically arrives in 3–5 business days. Follow the included instructions and return it using the prepaid shipping label.

Production and delivery

Your finished pendant typically ships within 3–5 business days after we receive your ashes. Standard delivery then takes approximately 3–5 business days. Total turnaround also depends on how soon you return the collection kit; these timeframes are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Shipping is included

Standard shipping within the continental U.S. is included for the collection kit, its prepaid return and your finished jewelry. International shipping and expedited services are additional.

Need it sooner?
