How do the ashes get inside the jewelry?

Once your order is processed, we immediately send out an ash collection kit AND begin casting your jewelry.  The jewelry is made with a very small part of the interior left hollow.  Upon receipt of the ashes, the hollowed-out cavity is filled with the ashes and our jeweler Forever Seals the cavity by welding a matching plug in the opening. 

Is forever sealed jewelry waterproof?

Yes, Forever Sealed jewelry is completely waterproof.  There is no threaded screw and there is no access to the ashes inside the jewelry, making the jewelry safe to wear in water without risking getting the ashes wet.

How do I get you the ashes?

When your order is processed, we will immediately send out an ash collection kit.  Follow the instructions and add the ashes to the kit and mail back to us using the included postage paid label.

How long does the process take?

We immediately send out an ash collection kit when your order is processed.  The kit should arrive in 3-5 business days.  At the same time, we begin making your jewelry so that when the ashes are returned, the pendant is ready to be filled and then sealed.  Your Forever Sealed jewelry should ship within 3-5 business days of us receiving the ashes back and expected delivery with standard shipping is approximately 3-5 business days.  Altogether, from sending the collection kit to receiving the finished piece - about 10-15 business days in the continental United States.

How do I know it’s my loved one’s ashes inside the jewelry?

Filling Forever Sealed jewelry is one of the most trusted and important positions in our company. We designate one professional to do all filling of our forever sealed jewelry.  Only one piece is allowed on the filling station at a time.  The Forever Sealed jewelry department is completely separate from all other departments. Additionally, your purchase includes a Certificate of Authenticity, assuring you that those are your loved one’s ashes. 

Where are you located?

Everlasting Memories in located in Montana, USA. We recently completed construction on a new facility in October of 2021. All of our Forever Sealed jewelry is created right here in our USA facility. We have worked very hard to become an American based jewelry manufacturing company that is designing and casting jewelry right here in the United States. Is there a warranty?

Yes!  All Forever Sealed jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty that your piece will be free of manufacturing defects.

What’s the difference between Forever Sealed jewelry and regular cremation jewelry?

Regular cremation jewelry has a threaded screw that when removed, exposes the interior compartment where the ashes are. Cremation jewelry is not considered completely waterproof and often times has an unsightly screw that can be seen on the back or side of the jewelry.  Forever Sealed jewelry is waterproof and has no threaded screw. Your loved one's ashes are Forever Sealed inside the jewelry. Most Forever Sealed jewelry is indistinguishable from regular jewelry. 

How are the ashes sealed inside?

Once the jewelry is filled with the ashes, we create a matching plug that fills the cavity. Our jeweler then welds the plug in place.  There is no way to retrieve the ashes once they are inside the forever sealed jewelry. 

Can the ashes be removed from the Forever Sealed jewelry?

No, the ashes cannot be removed.

Is there a screw?

No, Forever Sealed jewelry does not have a screw.

Shipping FAQ's

How much is shipping?

Ground shipping in the US is Free. We provide Free Ground shipping for the collection kit, Free Ground shipping to send the kit back to us, and Free Ground shipping to send your Forever Sealed jewelry to you. We generally ship with the United States Post Office, however we do have upgraded shipping options on our checkout page. 

How soon will my Forever Sealed jewelry ship?

Your Forever Sealed jewelry will ship in 3-5 business days from when we are in receipt of the cremated ashes of your loved one.

Do you offer upgraded shipping?

Yes, we offer two-day and overnight shipping for our Forever Sealed jewelry.  Please note we do not ship the collection kit two-day or overnight.

Is there any way to rush my order and get it sooner?

Yes!  We offer our customers that are in a rush to get their order the option of not waiting for the collection kit.  You can place _ teaspoon of cremated ashes in a zip-top back and mail the ashes to us.  We will send you a postage paid label to attach to your shipping envelope.  This cuts down about 2-3 business days from the process.
