Ground (5-7 Day Shipping):Make your selection for delivery method in the check out process of the online order form. Depending on size and destination, your item will be sent either United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). Please note, we can not ship to a P.O. Box.
 
UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Overnight Delivery:If you need your item(s) quicker than the Ground (5-7 Day Shipping), you may select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Overnight delivery method in the check out process of the online order form. Please note that UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
 

Below is chart indicating when your order will arrive, depending on when it is ordered. (please note) orders must be received by 12:00 pm Mountain Time to be shipped out the same day.

Everlasting Memories must be notified with-in 72 hours of delivery of any damage or problems with your order upon receiving it. Please notify us at support@evrmemories.com or by calling us at 1-877-723-4242. By letting us know with-in 72 hours, it allows us to provide the best customers service by taking care of the problem immediately.

 

All Non Personalized items.

Everlasting Memories does accept returns on Non Personalized items under the following conditions.

  • The product(s) must be returned with-in 7 days of original delivery date.
  • The product(s) must be in resalable condition.
  • The product(s) cannot have been filled with ashes, cremains, or any foreign object.
  • The product(s) can not have been engraved or personalized.

 

Return shipping will be the customer’s expense. Everlasting Memories will not credit back original 2nd Day Air or Overnight shipping charges, unless the item did not arrive as guaranteed originally. Everlasting Memories recommends insuring all return shipments, as the customer will be responsible for the condition of the product upon arrival back to Everlasting Memories. All returns will be subject to a nominal restocking fee (10%).

 

 

All Personalized items.

Everlasting Memories does not accept returns on Personalized items. Everlasting Memories reserves the right to replace or repair personalized items that have been shipped incorrectly or shipped with defects, however the item can not be returned.
