Sometimes things don't work out - and we understand. Our goal is to help make a return as hassle free as possible when those situations happen. Here's everything you need to know about our return policy.

Everlasting Memories strives to provide top quality products and top quality service. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase and we will go the extra mile to make sure that happens. We also realize that sometimes, a purchase is not exactly what a customer was expecting. Our return policy is transparent and straightforward so that every customer can make an informed purchase. Return Policy

Everlasting Memories accepts returns on all items (exceptions listed below) within 30 days of the date of delivery. Most returns are refunded for the entire purchase price minus the cost of shipping to the original form of payment. Some purchases are eligible to be returned; however, are subject to a 20% restocking fee (see below).

Return shipping fees to Everlasting Memories are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are credited as:

Purchases made using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) will be credited back to the original form of payment.

Purchases made using PayPal will be credited back to the customer's PayPal account.

Purchases made using Affirm will be credited back to the customer's Affirm account.

We are happy to exchange your returnable purchase for another item on our website. If an item of lesser value is selected, we will issue a refund for the difference in cost. If an item of greater value is selected, the customer is responsible for the additional cost.

Restocking Fees

Cremation urns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Additionally, there are certain jewelry items on the site that may also be subject to a restocking fee. Please contact us at 1-877-723-4242 or via email at sales@evrmemories.com to ask if a particular item is subject to a restocking fee.

Cremation urns may be returned under the following conditions:

Cremation urns must be in brand new, unused condition with no damage.

Cremation urns must be returned in the original packaging.

Cremation urns returns must be completed within 30 days of delivery to the customer.

If a cremation urn arrives damaged, the customer will be refunded 100% of the cost of the urn plus shipping. Additionally, Everlasting Memories will cover the cost of return shipping.

Return Exceptions

There are certain purchases that are NOT eligible to be returned at any point in time. These purchases include:

  • Engraved Jewelry.  Any jewelry that has been engraved cannot be returned for a refund. This includes photo engraved jewelry, jewelry with text engraving and fingerprint/signature jewelry.
  • Solid Gold Jewelry.  Solid gold jewelry is not eligible for returns or refunds UNLESS it is an in-stock 14k gold item. All in-stock 14k gold jewelry is subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be in brand new, re-sellable condition.
  • Custom Orders.  Custom orders are not eligble for returns or refunds. Custom orders include custom jewelry, custom urns, and any additional custom design that a customer requests.
  • Forever Sealed Jewelry.  Forever Sealed Jewelry is not eligble for returns or refunds.
  • Ashes Into Jewelry.  Ashes into jewelry pendants, rings, etc. are not elible for returns or refunds.
  • Used Cremation Jewelry & Urns. Any jewelry or urn that has been filled with cremated remains or any other personal tribute, is not elible for returns or refunds. This includes but is not limited to: all cremation urn, forever sealed jewelry, ashes into jewelry, or standard cremation jewelry that has been filled with cremains, ground from the site of burial, etc.

We strive to make the return process as stress free and easy as possible. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return with Everlasting Memories as all returns require verbal or written authorization. We will need the following information:

  • Why may cremation urns be subject to a 25% restocking fee?

Some vendors charge a restocking fee if an urn is returned. We do suggest if you have questions regarding a particular urn that you please contact us and ask specifics about restocking fees.

  • Why is solid gold jewelry not returnable?

Due to its high cost and rarity, solid gold jewelry is not a 'stock' item and every piece is made to order at the time of purchase and is custom created for every individual customer. Because each piece is considered a custom purchase, solid gold jewelry is not returnable nor refundable.

  • What if purchase arrives damaged or has a manufacturer's defect?

We pride ourselves on our quality control and each item goes through a series of checks to ensure that exactly what a customer ordered is exactly what they are getting. However, sometimes things happen. If an item arrives damaged or defective, Everlasting Memories will issue a return label to send the item back to us and we will happily process an exchange for the same item immediately.

  • Who pays for the return shipping?

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We advise that are returns are made using a carrier that provides tracking services in order to protect the customer and offer them the assurance of tracking their return back to our facility.

  • What if I made a mistake on engraving?

Please contact us immediately with any engraving mistakes. Often times we can catch those mistakes before the engraving is done.
