  1. Quick Quality! 5 Star Review

I ordered this with expedited shipping and received it within a few days. I was surprised how quickly they were able to make the custom product and get it to me. As for the pendant, it doesn't disappoint. For something like this, it's very emotional. You want to remember your pet with something that can represent them positively. That's what this pendant does. I'm a pretty picky person and was worried how the image of my pet would turn out when it was engraved. As I opened the box and saw my dog's face, I got tears in my eyes with how well it turned out. It's a quality item that they can get to you quickly. That's exactly what every customer wants from a company.

    A few things to consider:

    1. I don't think the pendant looks rose. It didn't matter to me though. It turned out good. Perhaps because the picture of my pet had a white background, it altered the rose coloring. The big thing for me when ordering was choosing a good picture. I worried how things would turn out when engraved if something was in the background, so I edited out the background to just make it of my dogs' face. I can't say if it will engrave with a background, but if you're worried like I was, then it may be a good thing to consider editing your chosen picture. It may impact the rose coloring though.

    2. It was smaller than I thought it'd be. You look at this blowup picture of it on here and you think it'll be pretty big. It's really about the size of a penny with 1/4 of an inch thickness. I was okay with this because I didn't want it to be bulky. It's a good size. Just thought someone ordering would want to know

    3. I chose the bold inscription. I didn't think it looked like it shows in the picture. It almost seems like a mix between the script and block engraving. I don't mind that either because it looks goods.
