I love this necklace. It is nice and smooth so I can reach up and hold it between my thumb and forefinger to feel close to my loved one. It is a beautiful piece of jewelry as well.

This necklace came on time but I didn't notice right away it was missing a screw. The company couldn't have been nicer to deal with and it was a pleasure to know that a problem was handled with such care and promptness. I love the necklace- I wish you could fill both parts. The only thing I didn't notice was what size length the neckalace would be and would have chosen shorter than 20"

This is a classy, simple, modern design that is beautiful in person. It does hold only a tiny bit of cremains in comparison to the other pendants I purchased for family members, but is a treasured reminder of my mother nonetheless.
