I chose this keychain as something I could use daily as a keepsake for my stillborn son. I do not have a photo to use so I asked that a scripture be engraved on it. They were wonderful to work with and the shipping was speedy fast. Highly recommend!

Make sure you are very specific

Don't assume that your picture will be centered or that someone will call to ask you. Be very specific in your instructions. Aside from my picture not being centered, I am satisfied with the overall quality, shipping, time frame. Also, note that the "Script" font is very hard to read. I re-ordered with the "Block" font and that was readable. Make sure you also understand the return policy as engraved items are not returnable.

When it came, I was amazed by how nice the work looked.
Also, during the process I was called twice by very a very nice designer for clarity.
Couldn't be a better experience.
I'll be back because everyone is going to want one of these once they see it (my wife is already hoping to get one. Maybe you'll have a sale after Christmas?)
